I think i actually got the truest ick off of it too like in that moment i just started laughing bc this man has put me through a WEEK of hell and then legit thinks he’s hsv1 free after having a life full of military service and ACTIVELY seeing someone ELSE too, not to mention family or sharing utensils as kids, the moment i said “family” he’s like “DONT BRING UP MY MOTHER” and im just like- how is that offensive to explain that you more likely than not have hsv1

I said this and over time in the argument he somehow got it down to 40? so I was running the scenario to him that even if it was 40%, which it’s not that would mean that about to every five people that he’s been with could’ve had HSV one and not to mention sharing utensils or kissing as a child and he started freaking out and rocking back-and-forth going is it that hard to believe that I don’t have HSV one and I’m just like it’s not likely that you DONT have it and he freaks
