you actually might have! it majority of people it’s asymptomatic for most of their life unless they come into contact with someone who is having an active outbreak and it’ll make yours act up. so you don’t actually know 100% i was just sharing some info to make you feel better:( it’s really not bad
I just looked it up and a) it depends on the state but b) it depends on the circumstances surrounding it. It often is not illegal to choose not to disclose an sti, but it commonly IS illegal to knowingly or recklessly transmit one, especially more dangerous ones like hiv. That is to say, legality is probably context dependent; were condoms/other sti-preventing measures taken and did the person know they had herpes?
If the answers are no and yes respectively, there is a decent illegal based on the idea of knowingly causing harm to someone else’s health and safety, especially if the person who contracted it from the encounter goes on to develop more serious side effects. Also: I am pro people clearly communicating their sti status even if protection is used, I just wanted to try to clear up some of the legal confusion
because im coming to the defense of a man and the current media circus and stigma is that men are shit, men are rapists, men deserve to be aborted, and men are the root of all problems. It’s the oppressed and the oppressor. It’s social Marxism in practice where if you have an enemy and never admit you can be wrong and always believe you have the moral authority, you can do anything.
