agree w #2 but also compliment him in other ways besides his appearance and at times that aren’t tied to sex/physical stuff! make sure he knows you’re attracted to him for things that aren’t his body too (but don’t like say that to him obviously he might take it the wrong way)

I agree with number 2 but maybe try to complement his appearance a little more or find ways to show him you’re attracted to him. Make sure he knows you are a judgement free zone and just want him to be comfortable

it could def help to talk about it. i didn’t wanna shower w my (now ex) bf bc i was really insecure, and he kinda opened up to me about his insecurities and i became sm more comfortable with him. could def talk to him and open up / use it as a moment to be vulnerable !

perhaps try reinforcing the non sexual side of your relationship, let him know you care, show him how important he is to you etc… then that will follow you to the bedroom, even if he’s not ready for sex yet. sensual touch and kissing is always a good place to start
