It’d be LDR, for one. But aside from that, we have different goals for ourselves. Different places we want to end up in life. Long term it’s almost certainly better if we just have our fun short term and leave it at that

I’m honestly so surprised I’ve been able to have this one. I think it’s because we’re genuinely friends outside of the bedroom. I’ve had a few flings that just didn’t care about me as a person at all and it always destroyed my self confidence. But in knowing that this guy cares about me in some way, even if romantically it wouldn’t work, I’m able to still have that connection and appreciate it while it’s here. And if one day it does become something more, then that’s a bridge we can cross later
