If you believe that everybody hooks up you will meet lots of people who hook up. If you believe that there are people who actually wait till marriage you will meet more and more people in your life who are waiting for marriage. The same applies to relationship dynamics. If you believe that toxicity in relationships is normal you will meet lots of toxic people. If you believe that there are normal healthy people out there you will start to meet more emotionally healthy people.

That’s not true at all, I’ve tried very hard to find others who want to wait until marriage and I’m continuously met with dbags and losers. I think you mean that your mindset determines how you view life. That doesn’t always mean you’ll attract like minded people. People are flawed, we sin we make mistakes and many people choose evil over love. You can’t predict the people who come into your life

I definitely mess up too don’t get me wrong and my church is very tight knit, I view the guys there as my brothers, as family. It’s hard for me to imagine dating one of them unfortunately and I’m too old for a lot of the people at my campus ministry bc the newer members are always freshmen

How old are you? I’m 26 rn. Yeah I always wanted to meet a nice Christian girl at church and marry her. But none of the girls at church liked me. I found women outside of church liked me. But I found love with an ex stripper who loves Jesus and she volunteers in church and pushed me to pursue Jesus more. I miss her very much. And then I met a pastor’s daughter and we hooked up. I don’t know what my life is. But I know I’m going to get married and have 12 kids and raise them in the Lord.

I’m 23, I seem to always attract the worst men possible. They seem like great men then once they’re comfortable they show their true colors.
