I think it could’ve triggered some bleeding, but wouldn’t necessarily ‘start’ the whole thing… some people start spotting beforehand, or just know when they’re about to start so maybe she could’ve warned him. Don’t quote me on that, I could be wrong. Everyone’s different too 🙃
