Dude not even that stuff actually messes with your brain chemistry, I’ve known people who were permastoned for years who just went crazy and never recovered

I can second this, I temporarily permastoned and then ended up falling into psychosis, mental hospital and everything. I came out of it thankfully but I had some residual mood issues for like 2 years. I'm okay now though
