I agree with China. We fetishize freedom but freedom to do what? Lie? Scream our selfish uneducated opinions? Carry weapons of war in our pockets? We have no civic virtue. We treat politics like bloodsport. We're more enamored with the idea of america and the idea of democracy than the realities of being a good citizen and caring about your community. My intention was insular affairs and kinda seeing there’s a delusion on what freedom means but its a concept that exists without any conditions. If you deport a human you don’t support freedom full stop.
