Basically I just think the side of the abortion debate that focuses on whether we call a fetus a "clump of cells" or a "child" is misguided. Biased terminology aside, we're talking about the same thing. You should be able to defend your position either way. I'm fully willing to admit that I don't think the preservation of human life should always be the be all end all in ethics or politics. I don't like feeling pressured to water down that position.

As a Biologist I always want to know how many cells, I can probably make the case the load my buddy blows at a sperm bank as all the same entitlements.
