Alcohol, red meat, saturated fats, refined grains, and processed meat are just scapegoats for why the USA has a lower life expectancy. Europeans frequently have all of these habits as a staple of their diet yet have a higher life expectancy.

Dont forget: Cars, sitting, TV, sports event seating, work culture of anxiety, debt, lack of regulating social/cultural norms... People in the US: • Sit too much • Are in debt (Due to buying higher lifestyle goods/services they cannot afford) • Never feel like they "belong" and always feel "outside"
