You don’t have to watch them if that’s a dealbreaker for you, I just don’t see why content creators are being harassed for their political opinions like they will change the political landscape.

Many content creators are supported by people regardless of their politics, so it wouldn’t make sense to be overly outspoken, alienate half their audience and risk losing a positive image and everything they worked hard for

Paying content creators to begin with is weird and obsessive. Our culture is overly consumed by celebrities and content creators who don’t care about us whatsoever and are profiting off our constant attention. You think that someone making a halfhearted political statement just for social approval will solve anything? It’s no different than companies who are pressured to change their profile pictures for every holiday just to satisfy consumers who complain if they don’t speak out on every issue
