I say this since as you get older, pathways become “solidified” so it’s harder to change how you think and process information. Not giving them an excuse, just an explanation as to why they should have some understanding. I will say there is hope for the future though with more acceptance.
Bro. Literally a real world counter example, just look at Texas’ new law about phones in the classroom. Kids don’t like it, adults are accepting it. Also neural pathways “solidifying” with age isn’t a myth. It’s a simplification. Why do you think it’s easier to learn a language when you’re younger?
