Girl I don’t hate my exes new partner it’s actually the exact opposite 💀 I haven’t heard or tried to talk to him in 3 years…yet she taps about me CONSTANTLY from what I’m being told….guess I’m a sore spot in that relationship

Saying “why would you be mad at her and not him” implies that you should be mad at him instead. Like you should direct all energy towards him even if there wasn’t anything harmful. It’s a really small grammatical thing ig, and I don’t even know how you would correct it, but I had to read it twice to understand 100% what you meant

And using “…not him.” implies in the context in which the man IS in the wrong/committed wrongdoing. It doesn’t make sense to be mad at someone who did no wrong.
