Not even remotely true. Their pointy hoods and robes turned to suits and ties. Educate yourself and research systemic oppression. Find statistics on black homicide committed by police officers. Read about all of the lynchings after 1987, and those that still happen today but go unnoticed. There are still sundown towns in the south.
