Nah, I kinda get it. U still hold some lvl of love/attraction to the BF, so hitting him in anger is harder compared to a stranger. Also preconceived notions of the BF being a good person (ur loved one) might (in that high tension moment) make you think this woman is the homewrecker and needs to be squashed.
