There must be a lot of ppl who crop their dogs ears on this community or something. Oh well. Anyways, in terms of the actual procedures, they dock a dogs tail by either chopping it off, or tying the tail with a tight band until blood flow stops and the end of the tail falls off. They crop ears by cutting off part of the ear flap of a dog, and taping/ wrapping them up, surgically reshaping how the ear sits.
