I once had a random asshole pick up my service dog to cuddle her. I was frozen in shock, my dog was not amused, and the guy just… like… The vest is there. Plus why would you pick up some random dog and put it up to your face… People are rude and stupid, OP. I’m so sorry you had a creep try to grab your dog
