Well yes it is because if you stare at someone obviously they’ll usually smile back to try and say that they acknowledge you’re looking at them Like if you lock eyes with someone in the street and nod or smile hello

A smirk is a smile. You just want a reason to be angry and hate men It’s crazy narcissistic, you must think any man that “smirks” at you is in love with you
