I’ll hold the door for someone immediately behind me or let someone enter/exit if I get to the door first But if you’re 20+ ft away and/or not hindered in any way, I ain’t standing there

I agree with #1. It's nice to make a token effort to keep it open for everyone but you're fully capable of opening a door. You're not some kind of royalty.

People in general who don’t have that common courtesy are huge red flags to me. As a man, too often women don’t hold doors or even bother looking to see if someone is right behind them, even though I always hold the door myself
