this is so true but ‘trials’ implies legal justice. they have always had carte blanche immunity. even the nuremberg trials were mostly PR - amerika recruited nazis in operation paperclip, SS officers were recruited by mossad; they infiltrated various budding postcolonial nation-states. the system must face violent overhaul and there needs to be purges of the elite class. there is no legal system that will hold them accountable.

Huh? They are saying this bc many of the people mentioned in the Epstein files are obviously guilty. Their crimes were described in detail.

Yeah that is how due process works which isn’t just guaranteed for citizens but for all persons. Unless you are saying undocumented immigrants aren’t people then yes they get that right.

Sexual crimes towards minors, and the post literally talks about “the Epstein files turning into the Epstein trials,” so your second “point” is a bit moot. They *should* turn into trials.

the army isn’t what’s gonna suppress internal revolt. it’s the cops and ICE (a rogue paramilitary junta that has been overfunded so much it will inevitably create an enclave as its pogroms accelerate). and obviously the overhaul will be violent. are you stupid? you think violence is a fantasy? you think the killings and deaths from systemic attrition every day aren’t violent in and of themselves? state violence is ALREADY here. non-violence is also violence because somebody’s gotta die.

i think the post is about a much larger scale legal prosecution and consequential culling of everyone in the files like “epstein trials” like nuremberg trials; crimes against humanity in a different tribunal. but yeah that actualizing means a rupture big enough to wipe out the entire system
