think it’s partially a legal thing that they have to have a certain amount of postings even if they don’t want to hire, and they need to put up a posting even if they’re hiring internally (under some circumstances). it’s a legal issue and I hope someone starts a petition or smth to get this solved

I heard somewhere they get tax benefits or something so they post fake ones. Idk how this is tho
