I mean let’s not ignore the context, those guys raped a drugged woman knowing full well what they were doing and Clancy killed her children in the depths of postpartum psychosis. Frat guys knowingly doing what frat guys always are know to do is quite different from a mental health crisis.

No one supports what Lindsay Clancy did, people support her getting help and being in a mental institution. When people say she is “not guilty”, that means not criminally responsible due to her mental state. Regardless of her mental state, what she did is wrong and nobody is saying otherwise

?? what about my comment is wrong? i wasn’t even commenting on the clancy case bc idk anything about it, but rape is SO much worse than murder, what about that is stupid? murder ends a life, rape ruins and changes someone for the rest of their life and makes them keep living it, suffering.

If you wanna go by that, her first statement said it was all consensual so technically no one did nothing from, she consented to the drugs and gangbang, i dont believe that i think she was scared to say the truth and now 2 years later she changed her statement, we know lindsay did it because she said she did, theres proof of how she did it, times that patrick was out of the house when everything happened because he was caught on security cameras
