?? what about my comment is wrong? i wasn’t even commenting on the clancy case bc idk anything about it, but rape is SO much worse than murder, what about that is stupid? murder ends a life, rape ruins and changes someone for the rest of their life and makes them keep living it, suffering.

If you wanna go by that, her first statement said it was all consensual so technically no one did nothing from, she consented to the drugs and gangbang, i dont believe that i think she was scared to say the truth and now 2 years later she changed her statement, we know lindsay did it because she said she did, theres proof of how she did it, times that patrick was out of the house when everything happened because he was caught on security cameras

You could argue shes “criminally responsible” but there are millions of other things you could do while having a breakdown, suffocating your kids with stretching bands in the basement of your house is murder, i hope she gets to rot in jail
