Hey genuine question here but do you encounter many mtb girls who aren’t gay? I work in a bike shop and they’re all either cuffed or lesbian :/

Yes actually, but unfortunately it’s kinda like girls lacrosse and rugby where there’s a social stigma around playing the sport and how it “makes” you a lesbian. It’s refreshing to be in an all female space, no matter the sexual orientation, it’s just nice to have fun playing a sport with other women without guys being there to ruin it.
