It’s free money even if you don’t vote for him. It’s also not illegal because he said the $5,000 would go to every eligible adult citizen if Republicans control Congress, rather than only to people who personally vote Republican. Its more of a campaign policy promise

Calling me a ‘fucking dumbass’ because you misunderstood what I said is hilarious 😭 I said it’s ‘free money’ in the everyday sense that you wouldn’t personally pay $5,000 to receive it not that government spending magically appears from nowhere. Obviously federal payments come from government revenue and/or borrowing. And yes, a program that large could significantly increase the deficit if it wasn’t offset. None of that changes my actual point
