It’s exceptionally common for Christian’s of many denominations to force a girl to marry someone who sexually assaults them due to their beliefs on marriage and sex. It happens a lot. Personally I’ve never heard anything explicitly about Islamic people doing the same, but if you have some kind of evidence supporting that I’d be more than happy to take a look. In Sura 8:55, non-believers are called essentially less than human. In fact, there’s a lot of sexism in Sura. Why would I tolerate a religion which says that women should cover and suppress themselves so they aren’t abused (Sura 33:33-59)?
