The comments are projecting their worst encounters with smelly ppl onto you. If you go a day without using body wash it’s not the end of the world. Especially if you didn’t exercise. If you exercised, I would always use soap. There are 2 factors: smell, and hygiene. 1. If you didn’t use soap, would you smell? If no, move on 2. Are you letting bad bacteria live on you? Overly showering (like even twice a day) can backfire by drying out your skin. It’s gotta be a healthy balance there.

I use shampoo every day, but if I used soap on my skin every day I’d be bleeding in so many places from how dry my skin would be in about a week. Even just using warm-almost-hot water for a few days and moisturizing with jojoba oil after almost dries it too much. The only exceptions are my face, neck and anywhere else I put sunscreen, pits, crotch, and feet
