Don’t take it every day like that I usually don’t take mine in the weekend and it gives your body sometime to not build a tolerance Use it when you know you’re going to be busy that day if it’s a lazy day don’t. Talk to your doctor about it I brought this up and they were chill with that strat

i only take it on tues/th and sometimes sunday if i need to get some cleaning done. it works sooo well for my adhd but does nothing for the daddy issues (not suprised LMAO) 😭
