These lotteries wouldn’t need to pay out weekly the winning numbers would be drawn once the state made enough to function plus interest for future proofing. Making the pot bigger would cause more people to buy

It’s genuinely a good idea and I think it would benefit a lot of people but 1st commentor is right.. it doesn’t make the rich richer so both the reps and the dems would never allow.
