This is a common mentality for a lot of the Israeli Knesset members and I don’t think it would even be that controversial in Israel. Maybe most people won’t say it outright but that’s what they think

I’m not ignoring the history obviously Jewish ppl have been enslaved and targeted for centuries. I’m just saying now in 2026 Jews can’t go and do that to another group. Yes end Hamas but the amount of civilian deaths is alarming. And that is why antisemitism is rising. I support the existence of a Jewish state ofc but we have to take accountability. And I live in a very Jewish neighborhood. I myself am Jewish and had a bat mitzvah 8 years ago.

israeli here- this is not a shared sentiment amongst the general israeli public. it’s seen primarily amongst kahanists/likud supporters.
