If I’m remembering correcting, it was literally just an unhinged unsourced call into a tip line. The files are a mess of actual evidence and people just…saying stuff.

Idk about babies in particular but I’ve seen numerous reports about cannibalism. Like that Mexican model who said they’re eating humans and then disappeared after
