I want to go on Birthright but my school doesn’t sponsor a trip. The Hillel has offered to connect we with another school, but I’m nervous to sign up bc I won’t know anyone. Any advice?

I did a trip and there was some students who came from schools with not enough students and we all got along awesome!! It’ll be fun dw

i went on a non school birthright trip and tho whole trip is about fostering new friendships and being close and like booking up LOL everyone is friends and it’s a lot of fun!! i would say like 30% of the group came w a friend and the rest didn’t know anyone. and the ones w the friends were very friendly and open to the experience!

I say go with strangers, it’s fun, you’ll meet people. But make sure the school you go with matches your vibe - go with a party school if you’re a partier, go on a religious trip if you’re religious, etc
