Legally Israeli Jews and Arabs and all other groups are the same. There may be systemic differences but that’s like saying the US is an apartheid state because there are systemic differences here or Arab countries are apartheid because of dhimmi laws

I mean the IDF does care if you’re white or not—it’s not a coincidence which gentiles get better treatment—but it cares whether you’re Jewish or not more I will say it’s weaponization by the Republican in the US context is in service of white supremacy tho

Dhimmi laws do not exist in any modern country, even in the Muslim theocracy of Iran there aren’t Dhimmi laws anymore. Isis tried to institute a jizya—the tax associated with dhimmitude—in some of the areas it controlled but that’s the only modern example I’m aware of But no, Israeli Jews and Arabs do not have the same rights in Israel, the Nation State Law formally codified this but even well before it was the case that most land in Israel can only be bought by Jews
