Ah ok so centuries of antisemitism would just POOF disappear if we Jews just stayed docile and subservient and made our existence convenient for gentiles, and didn’t have the audacity to try and gain the means of self-determination and the ability to fight back against violence?

This is the equivalent of telling Black people during the height of the KKK’s power “well if you didn’t try to outcompete us with our businesses or try to climb the social ladder, we wouldn’t be lynching you. It’s your own fault for not being good little n*****s and doing what we tell you”

ALSO Not only is the Twitter post assume that all Jews are Ashkenazi, but it boils us down to shallow, palatable pop culture stereotypes. What about the fact that we have our own martial art? (Krav Maga) Or that we have a long history of intellectual might in chess, the sciences, and the arts? Or the fact that we founded Hollywood and pioneered film techniques/styles but then gentiles swooped in and appropriated it from us? What about us being so resilient and adaptable that we even live in
