If they were more thoroughly educated on current events, from various sources so that there’s less bias, they’d be able to refute it. It might not change their mind from being very pro-Palestine, but it would still help them articulately refute pro-Israel talking points and give them basic empathy for both sides and the ability to see the conflict from a nuanced perspective.
