It’s crazy how much more antisemitism I’ve seen online in specifically like the past year, I was not seeing this much in 2024 and idk what made the big difference between then and now

No it’s insane. I saw a reel on insta of The Berlin Apartment playthrough that showed one of the chapters which features a Jewish guy escaping Nazis and ALL the comments were antisemitic gifs, antisemitic statements or memes. I wrote a comment about how fucked up the comments were and have gotten pelted with antisemitic replies. Somehow Insta thinks they are not breaking community guidelines whenever I report them

I think Trump winning is definitely part of it, and now that I think of it the changes a lot of social media companies made to their algorithms and moderation policies after Trump got in is probably a very big part, and that’d affect people outside the US…
