People 100% say that to other marginalized groups, but a lot of the folks you see say that about antisemitism DON’T. Watching people you know WOULDN’T minimize other bigotries turn around and minimize/deny antisemitism hurts a special kind of way. Seeing so called fellow leftists who I know wouldn’t question me if I spoke about facing transphobia become denialists and apologists when I speak about facing antisemitism feels worse than a right-winger who wouldn’t give a shit about ANY bigotry.
