the stuff listed in the first photo is a lot of things that female idols get hate for. for example, wonyoung got hate for eating a strawberry, yuna gets hate for hip pads, etc. what the post is basically saying is that the female idols get hate over mostly meaningless things cause they never really do bad, however male k-pop idols are usually the ones you see committing crimes and being terrible people ex, t**il from nct

But like why is he not listing like the major problems that they actually did do wrong? Like why is he listing things that arent bad? And what do u mean about the male ones? Like what crimes? (Except from taeil which is the only one I’ve heard of)

Because no one holds male idols accountable so that’s why he didn’t list them. “They didn’t do anything wrong”, therefore there is no list.

But then why is he listing things in the girls section that arent wrong? Like none of those things are wrong. He could have just said “saying the n word” but instead he listed things that aren’t actually wrong

Because the girls aren’t doing things that are wrong. He’s calling out this useless witch hunt and pointing out that K-pop fans criticize the women for little things that aren’t important, and letting it slide when the boys do terrible things.

thats the point- women get bashed for genuinely doing nothing. like these things aren’t bad and yet the women that have done them get in lots of trouble & their careers are put at risk. but male sexual predators still have defenders and even careers. its twisted and fucked up
