Hispanic isn’t a race, it’s an ethnicity. Technically, she’s both Hispanic and Latina. Both Cuba and Venezuela are Spanish-speaking countries (meaning Hispanic) in Latin America (meaning Latino).

I mean race is a construct, same way East Asians, central Asians, SEA, Russians, MENA, south Asians and west Asians are considered the same race just for being from the same continent according it, doesn’t mean anyone would classify them as the same otherwise

Still doesn’t change the way that Hispanic isn’t a race. Especially not in the “American race system.” In America Hispanic and Latino are ethnicities, not races. White is also not an ethnicity.
