The content of Ice Spice’s lyrics have always been highly sexualized and contained adult themes which is why her presence in the Spongebob Movie was controversial. Katseye’s music has always been childish and more recently leaned heavily into short-form brainrot slop lyrically. So yes, when the INVERSE happens, people will obviously have something to say about it.

The irony of telling me I lack critical thinking while completely missing my point is fucking hilarious. Appearing at the Kids’ Choice Awards does NOT make someone a children’s artist. Ice Spice being in SpongeBob doesn’t suddenly make her music for kids, and KATSEYE being at KCA doesn’t erase the fact that they’ve spent over a year performing sexual choreography and making music about romance, attraction, and getting ghosted.

You’re confusing “children happen to watch them” with “they make content for children,” and those are not the same fucking thing.
