oki need to get this off my chest (anonymously of course or ppl would have my head) when we bring up kpop stealing literally everything from other cultures why do people get so racist against koreans like its 100% true but why does everyone get soo racist

Are people racist or do you feel like groups you like are rightfully getting called out? I feel like I’ve only seen people being objective and not saying anything about Korean people except that they take from every other culture which they do

im mainly talking about the people who start stereotyping or start commenting on cultural features and stuff that has nothing to do with cultural appropriation. and also generalizing and saying the korean people as a whole steal everything from other cultures is kinda of iffy but thats not the main thing idrk cause its definitely a kpop problem but not everything in korea is like stolen from other cultures and idk where im going with this im so tired lol

??? i didnt say their everyday lives werent influenced at all. Every culture has been influenced by another in todays world. its just what social media does yknow connecting everyone. but sending hate towards an entire group over the actions of some is a bit unnecessary
