some (mostly straight) men ive spoken to online have liked me but wished that i had different genitalia. it makes me kind of uncomfortable. or if they are interested in a trans girl, they have to frame it as an “experiment” rather than just seeing a woman

I’m transmasc so I don’t personally have any weighing-in to do here, but I wanted to mention that the youtuber Kat Blaque has a lot of really insightful stuff to say about the experience of dating men as a trans woman she’s been out for a long time now so I lowkey look up to her as a “trans elder” even though she’s not that old lol. def recommend checking out some of her recent videos

Men either don’t want me to get bottom surgery so they can experiment, or they don’t want me altogether because I’m trans. Just the fact that I *had* the wrong genitals is off-putting for most. I’m transsexual and less than a year out from surgery but my bf and I are looking forward to it together! He doesn’t care what I have, and I don’t like being touched there anyways. Trust tho he’ll be a munch when the time comes
