Fr she claims to not be homophobic either and yet every time I brought a girlfriend home (had the famous bisexual phase before coming to the realization that I was a lesbian), she would not care as much as she did about my relationships with the toxic men I was with and would always say that my ex girlfriends were sketchy if we texted after breaking up and then would push for me to get back with my ex boyfriends if she found out we were talking again

I try not to either, but my parents absolutely loved him and I felt obligated to say something with the false hope things would be different
