I’ve literally never understood this, why are we so quick to shame closeted men instead of addressing why they’re afraid to come out?(unsafe environments, pressure from family/friends/hell society as a whole)
Dl men are dangerous to out gay men but also straight women

cos there’s a difference between people who don’t wanna be out and dl men who actively put others at risk. a lot of dl men are in straight relationships and actively cheating and then don’t get tested so they put all of their sexual partners at risk

I dated someone who was closeted and I would never do it again. I hated feeling like I was a dirty secret. He was ashamed of even being seen in public around me because I was openly gay. My curent boyfriend is proud to be with me and will always defend me if someone has a problem with it. Being closeted and single is fine, but dragging another person down with your insecurity is not.

I get what you’re saying but you and everyone with this attitude needs to understand that not. All. Dl. People. Are. Like. This.

Not to mention that there are people that aren’t closeted that do this exact same behavior, and yet people only seem to care when closeted men do it,
