NO NOT NORMAL. They're unsatisfied with something in the relationship if they're worried about missing out on other experiences or never having been with other people. My ex gf was like this too and held a lot of resentment towards me because she felt trapped/stuck with me

It somewhat reads as a “I can date women but I would never marry one” that SOME queer women pull but maybe they’re just wanting to explore nonmonogamous options either way I would talk to your gf about it and ask for clarification
