i understood this completelyyy. like i am interested in a lot of the same media and stuff but outwardly i look so… boring. i feel like it makes people think i’m straight lol

I’ve never related to something so strongly. I hate the way I dress but I don’t have the confidence or eye for style to improve. I can’t draw. I’m not musical. The best I can do is write, but even then I’m not great. I just… want to be a stereotypical artsy gay but I’m NOT

THIS! Almost every time I told my friends that I was queer, they would be all confused because of how I look.

This was how I felt in college. My friend group at the time was just full of art majors who were all unapologetically queer and colorful…and then there was me.
