I’m curious what report they’re talking about; as stupid as the current administration is, I know there’s people in the FBI with sense. Are they just referencing a proposal that one transphobic senator wrote up? or is this an actual thing from the FBI

so the fbi is not necessarily actually abt to do this immediately, it hasn’t been approved, but certainly it’s being discussed and encouraged; if it happens then the trump administration effectively gets social and media freedom regarding their anti-trans perspectives
