Not normal nor worth it. It feels good in the moment but in the long run it becomes clearer that they’re only after you cause they perceive you as easy to manipulate. Been groomed way too many times to learn that lesson 🥲

I'm nearly 25 and the very thought of flirting with an 18 year old makes me gag. Like, you're all children to me. I could NEVER see someone that age in a romantic or sexual way. RUN from this person, there's a reason why they can't (or won't) pursue someone their own age

I know it feels good to get some romantic attention but please don’t partner up with an older person just because they’re being nice to you, made that mistake when I was a teen

Seriously, they’re not just attracted to your appearance they’re attracted to your naivety as well. They know you’re young and young people are easy to take advantage of, even by people only 7 years older than you.

Sometimes you just have to say the situation: “I, an 18 year old F most likely fresh out of high school or just starting college, is getting hit on by a grown ass F in their mid 20’s. Don’t sound too good when you say it out loud
