I feel like at times you can choose factors, like I chose to eat a ton of junk food and ice cream every day. But I was feeling stressed and out of control and had a wild change in life situation. So even though I could control what I did, I still kidna couldn’t?

How can there be two different people who don’t think about what they eat and who eat however much they want and one of them is fat while the other isn’t? Why do 99% of caloric restrictive diets fail? There’s this saying that goes “you’re not fat because you eat too much. You eat too much because you’re fat.” Basically, all of this is to say there is so much going on biologically that superceeds in important to the everyday anecdote

I’m literally giving a personal anecdote about my own life. I agree that some people are genetically predisposed to be fat. I’m saying I wasn’t and it still wasn’t a choice and implying that being fat is a choice is bad
