more people showing up looks good for them, whether or not those people are supportive. It’s better to just not gove them attention. I don’t know where this is or if it’s a campus event, but when my college had a particularly problematic TP speaker, we just hosted a separate pride/art festival thing at the same time and got a higher turnout
