When my gf came out I would write about her in my journal with her new name and pronouns until I got used to it, maybe this could work for yourself? Although I know you’ve known your deadname/pronouns longer than I’ve known my gf’s.

Simply don’t use pronouns for yourself. If you’re going to refer to yourself in the third person, do it like The Great and Powerful Trixie does.

idk i still do it sometimes but i boymode like 24/7. Asking my friends to refer to me the right way and referring to myself with she/her online helps a lot!
